Frost Bank is seeking a Relationship Development Officer – Trust and Wealth in Texas to cultivate fiduciary opportunities and deepen referral networks with attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success developing professional referral networks and Centers of Influence.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple business units.
• Strong presentation and networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence to generate fiduciary business opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, and other team members to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate referral sources and prospects about trust, estate, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions.
• Document and track referral activity and relationship development efforts.
• Act as a strategic resource and advocate for Trust & Wealth services throughout the organization.
