Frost Bank in Houston seeks a Wealth Advisor I to help clients build financial foundations, develop plans, and provide sound advice across retirement and investments. You’ll focus on personal relationships and delivering expert guidance aligned with Frost’s wealth management offerings.

Responsibilities include growing client relationships, meeting regularly to review plans, and collaborating with teams to craft tailored proposals, while maintaining integrity and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or 7 and 66 licenses; or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO Insurance; or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow Frost Wealth Management relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Recommend tailored investment, insurance, and banking solutions.
• Meet clients regularly to review financial plans and portfolio objectives.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver coordinated proposals.
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships.
• Build internal and external relationships to enhance visibility and growth.
