Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Wealth Portfolio Manager for Frost Wealth Management in Texas. The role focuses on managing assets with Frost's proprietary strategies, building client relationships with integrity and excellence.

You will oversee strategy deployment, participate in committees, mentor staff, and support business development. Strong financial knowledge, CFA/CFP or advanced degrees are valued, with experience across multi-asset class portfolios and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
• 5+ years experience in a portfolio management role overseeing investment accounts in a fiduciary manner.
• OR 3+ years experience with a Master’s degree, or CFA/CFP designation.
• Thorough understanding of financial markets and the ability to communicate concepts to clients.
• Experience managing multi-asset class portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise deployment of strategies for clients within an assigned group of accounts, ensuring deployed strategy fits specific client objectives.
• Provide guidance and oversight regarding department operations through participation in assigned committees.
• Participate in testing and evaluation of Wealth Management operations to ensure responsibilities to clients.
• Mentor and provide guidance to lower level staff.
• Assist with business development efforts for Frost.
• Contribute to asset review committee, analyzing assets for inclusion on the approved investment list.
• Always act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
