Frost in Austin, TX is seeking a Relationship Development Officer – Trust and Wealth who thrives on building trust-based partnerships with Centers of Influence and fiduciary clients. You will be the primary contact for referral partners and work across Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors to uncover growth opportunities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and proven ability to network in the community, with a commitment to integrity, caring, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success developing professional referral networks and Centers of Influence.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence to generate fiduciary business opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.
• Participate in community, professional, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen referral networks.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, and other team members to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Document and track referral activity and relationship development efforts.
