Who you are:

As a Trust Securities Operations Specialist III at Frost, you support our operations by processing and managing various tasks to ensure a seamless trust securities experience. Your meticulous mindset and time management skills will be essential in creating and analyzing statements and reports, as well as handling securities delivery and transfer. You will collaborate with brokers, other banks, and transfer agents, always aiming for all-win outcomes with our signature approach.

What you’ll do:

• Create and analyze statements and reports
• Handle dividends and disbursements
• Establish the cost basis of securities
• Determine market value of assets and accruals when necessary
• Follow up on unsettled items with the trust department, brokers, other banks, and transfer agents
• Manage delivery and transfer of securities
• Research asset data when incomplete data is provided
• Maintain documentation records
• Verify all trades and transactions for accuracy
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of Trust Operations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of trust operations and securities processing
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred additional skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Trust Operations/Securities Processing
