Job summary

Google is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs to enable developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the ecosystem. You will work with global teams to promote trust and safety with AI-driven tools and verification programs.

Based in Atlanta or Kirkland, you will partner with product, engineering, and policy to implement scalable protections and drive developer success while upholding Google's standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize programs that empower developers to successfully publish safe applications and thrive across the broader app ecosystem.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and policy to drive alignment and successfully launch ecosystem programs.
• Design and implement scalable, AI-driven workflows and automated tooling to elevate safety protections while maintaining a streamlined experience for developers.
• Develop processes to support developers in meeting Android developer verification requirements and seamless onboarding into ecosystem programs.
• Analyze program performance and trends to continuously improve developer experience and ecosystem trust.
