Google in Austin, TX is hiring a Trust & Safety Analyst to scale proactive developer support and reduce risk across Play, Android, and Chrome Web Store. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to transform social data into actionable insights and oversee multi‑channel community engagement.

As part of Trust & Safety Compute, you will partner with Legal, PR, and Engineering to manage incidents, automate responses with AI tools, and mentor agents on empathetic, human‑centered support while covering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, policy, program management or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in social media monitoring/support, incident management, policy, crisis communications, or business strategy.
• 3 years of experience overseeing vendor-led operational workflows and driving process improvements with an AI first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead operationalization of community channels and analytics infrastructure.
• Manage monitoring workflows to resolve developer issues and reputational risks.
• Drive adoption of automation and AI tools across teams.
• Coordinate vendor teams with SME guidance and audits.
• Perform on-call duties including weekends and holidays.
