Job summary

Google is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs to protect users while enabling developers to publish safe applications across Google’s ecosystem.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and policy teams to design robust protections, drive ecosystem programs, and ensure a secure, scalable developer environment. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and policy to drive alignment and launch ecosystem programs.
• Design scalable, AI-driven workflows and automated tooling to elevate safety protections while maintaining a smooth developer experience.
• Develop processes to support developers in meeting Android developer verification requirements and onboarding into ecosystem programs.
• Analyze program performance and trends to continually improve developer experience and ecosystem trust.

Job description

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

• Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

• Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. You will also be at the forefront of driving critical ecosystem programs such as developer verification and standards for registered app stores ensuring a secure, trustworthy, and thriving environment for developers wherever they choose to publish.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
