Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, policy enforcement, or risk at a technology or marketplace company.
- Experience owning seller or user-facing programs and communicating complex decisions clearly.
- Ability to build scalable enforcement frameworks and drive consistency across operations.
Responsibilities
- Own policy enforcement and operations; develop protocols and report on enforcement activities.
- Champion the seller experience; ensure clear, educational, and consistent communications.
- Drive consistency by closing gaps in policy application and guiding gray-area decisions.
- Own appeals and customer concerns; coordinate with Legal, Comms, and Brand; handle on-call escalations.
