First Interstate Bank in Sioux Falls or Watertown, SD is seeking a Trust Officer II to manage a portfolio of client accounts and deliver comprehensive trust and estate planning services. Responsibilities include building client relationships, coordinating with Wealth Advisors, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The role requires knowledge of trust and estate laws, strong communication, and meticulous record-keeping.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; experience in trust/estate administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and trust and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and administers a full book of trust and related accounts in compliance with bank policies and state laws.
• Coordinates with Wealth Advisors to establish comprehensive financial and estate plans.
• Supports onboarding and termination of accounts and manages risk across client portfolios.
• Prepares regular account status updates for clients and senior management.
