Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Knowledge of power of attorney regulations.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Representing clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate matters.
• Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
• Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for case management and resolution.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law, and advising clients accordingly.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
