Job summary

Talent Search Pro is partnering with a well established law firm in Concord, New Hampshire to recruit a Trust and Estate Attorney. The role focuses on the full range of estate planning and administration in a collegial environment, with growth toward leadership.

You will draft wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and healthcare proxies, manage estate and trust administration, and address tax issues while exploring business succession and charitable planning for clients who rely on your

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Bar admission in good standing.
• 3 to 5 or more years of Trust and Estate experience preferred.
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience will be considered if the fit is right.
• Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and healthcare proxies.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent academic qualifications.
• This is an onsite role in Concord, New Hampshire.

• $115,000 to $125,000 a year with flexibility for the right candidate

A well established and respected law firm in Concord, New Hampshire is looking for a Trust and Estate Attorney to join their department.
