The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for drafting both core and complex estate planning documents, with a strong focus on asset protection and minimizing income, gift, and estate tax implications.

Position Requirements

• J.D. (LL.M. preferred)
• Admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire
• At least 7 years of experience in complex estate planning and administration
• Demonstrated expertise in estate tax matters strongly preferred
• Strong drafting skills and deep understanding of tax law and probate procedures
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent client counseling abilities
