Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years considered if drafting ability and fit are particularly strong)
• Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts, related documents)
• Strong research, writing, communication, and client service skills
• Admitted to practice in New Hampshire (or eligible)

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
• Help clients develop planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances
• Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters
• Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters
