A full-service, Am Law 200 firm with a strong presence in Florida is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join its growing Private Wealth team. This is a confidential search for a motivated attorney with at least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, discretion, and a commitment to client service—particularly for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)

• Advise on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and asset protection

• Handle probate and trust administration matters

• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and care

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in trusts and estates

• LLM in Taxation is a plus

• Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills
