A leading plaintiff’s side firm specializing in wage & hour violations is expanding into New York and seeks experienced employment litigators. This role offers the flexibility of remote work initially, with a lucrative bonus structure and significant growth potential as the firm establishes its presence in Manhattan.
I am working with an innovative plaintiff’s side firm that works entirely on wage & hour violations in the class action space. They are based in California but looking to expand into the New York market. They plan to open an office there in the short to medium-term but in the meantime, are looking to hire experienced employment litigators (plaintiff’s or defense side) who are OK with working remotely until the Manhattan office is open.
The firm generally divides up their work into three groups : litigation, mediation and settlement. But for initial New York hires, they would prefer to hire people who can work across all departments.
There is a bonus component to this role and room for growth so it can be very lucrative over a short time.
