A leading legal firm is seeking an experienced Attorney/Negotiator to join their ISDA Master Agreement and Trading Agreement practice group. This remote, independent contractor role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of trading agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in derivatives and trading documentation, working closely with both internal teams and external counterparties to support the firm's trading and investment strategies.
Seeking an attorney to join the ISDA Master Agreement and Trading Agreement practice group. The ISDA Master Agreement and Trading Agreements attorney will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), Prime Brokerage Agreements (PBAs), Repurchase Agreements (Repos), Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements (MSFTAs), and other related documentation. This role requires deep expertise in derivatives, securities financing, and trading documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the firm's risk and business objectives. The negotiator will collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, risk, compliance, operations, and front office) and external counterparties to execute agreements that support the firm’s trading and investment strategies.
