To be Considered:

We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal to join our team. Only applicants with at least 4 or more years working as a Trust and Estates paralegal will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate.
• Prepare probate court filings
• Manage and organize client files and records.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
• Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal.
• Familiarity with Tabs3, GEMS, ESI Appraise, and Microsoft Suite is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player with a professional demeanor.
