Willingness and ability to work remotely, with proficiency in remote work technology: Microsoft Word, Google Chrome, Gmail, Clio, Zoom, and online research.
Proficiency in legal technology and software.
Job Description
Provide coaching and mentorship for new and experienced attorneys, tailored to their skills and experience.
Guide and mentor attorneys, set strategies, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with partners on annual goals and hold them accountable.
Provide legal counsel and advice to clients, colleagues, and the organization.
Build trust with new clients by sharing why they are passionate about solving clients' problems.
Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.
Ensure that the legal team operates in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.
Implement and enforce the organization's ethical guidelines and practices.
Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's legal strategy.
Facilitate Associate Attorney development plans.
