Jobot, a boutique trust and estate firm, seeks an experienced attorney in Berwyn, PA to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high‑value clients. The role emphasizes minimizing tax liabilities and navigating probate with precision.

The candidate will draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents, while counseling clients on complex tax implications and dispute resolution. A JD and state admission are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in trust and estate law, probate law, and tax law.
• Experience drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to estate planning.
• Excellent negotiation, litigation, and dispute resolution skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication, able to explain complex concepts to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
