Jobot is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney in White Plains, NY. You will provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and wills, and draft related documents.

The role requires working with clients to develop wealth transfer strategies and address tax implications. Qualified candidates have a JD from an accredited law school, admission to the NY State Bar, and a minimum of 3 years in estate planning or a related field.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of trust and estate law, including tax-related matters.
• Proven experience drafting and implementing estate planning documents.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative legal strategies.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
