This position is expected to be for a duration of 3 months based on a 37.50-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will work a schedule of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The following list of essential functions is not exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned in addition to those listed. The items listed are considered daily functions associated with this position. The Trust Analyst will collaborate with billing attorneys, office administrators, billing/eBilling teams, and account receivable specialists to research and clear trust matter balances per state bar guidelines. This individual will regularly coordinate and consult with management and cross-function teams regarding trust account activity and confirm information regarding the movement of client funds, as well as assist with bank reconciliations, research, and provide general support to the Firm’s accounting function. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform these tasks with an extreme attention to protocol, bar guidelines, proper detail and accuracy.
