Job summary

Premier Trust, a part of Osaic, seeks a Trust Administrator I to oversee basic trust account administration, maintain records, and generate reports. The role emphasizes strong customer relations and compliance with regulatory requirements in a busy financial services environment.

Location is Las Vegas, NV with in-office work five days a week. Compensation includes a $40,000–$50,000 salary plus annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; financial institution admin experience preferred.
• Experience with office software and data handling.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts by collecting client info and documentation.
• Prepare forms for disbursements, deposits, wires, and ACH.
• Maintain trust account records and generate reports.
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and related regulations.
