Job summary

Hightower Advisors in Chicago is seeking a Trust Administrator to support client accounts and aid fiduciary activities within the Trust Company. You will work with trust officers to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely distributions.

You will bring 3+ years of trust administration experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills. The role offers a base salary and discretionary bonus, with a day-one health plan and a hybrid-friendly schedule in a growing wealth management firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Minimum 3 years in trust administration and/or estate planning.
• Experience in RIA or wealth management preferred.
• CTFA or ATFA designation preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to balance priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in accordance with our service standards.
• Research various account-related matters for clients or Trust Officers.
• Assist with post-acceptance and annual administrative account reviews.
• Assist with account maintenance.
• Collaborate with Trust Operations to accurately and promptly set up distributions and other disbursements.
• Prepare and review daily custodial reports (Trust Company distributions, periodic payments, and overdrafts).
