Job summary

Hightower is seeking a Trust Administrator to join the Trust Administration team in Chicago. You will assist with client accounts, post-acceptance reviews, and account maintenance in line with governing documents and policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of trust administration or estate planning experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. CTFA or ATFA designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of trust administration and/or estate planning experience
• Fiduciary trust administration experience
• Practical experience in the RIA/wealth management environments
• CTFA or ATFA designation preferred
• Strong time management and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries per service standards.
• Research account-related matters for clients or Trust Officers.
• Assist with post-acceptance and annual account reviews.
• Assist with account maintenance.
• Collaborate with Trust Operations to set up distributions and other disbursements.
• Prepare and review daily custodial reports.
