Job summary

Hightower Advisors is seeking a Trust Administrator within the Trust Company. You will support financial advisors and clients by managing accounts, ensuring documents are followed, and mitigating risk.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in trust administration, with CTFA/ATFA preferred. You will work closely with Trust Officers and report to the VP, Investment Management, Trust Company, in a fast-paced wealth-management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CTFA/ATFA preferred.
• 3 years of trust administration and/or estate planning experience.
• Experience in the RIA/wealth management environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and support Trust Officers.
• Assist with post-acceptance and annual administrative account reviews.
• Assist with account maintenance.
• Collaborate with Trust Operations to set up distributions and generate daily custodial reports.
