Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Townville, SC is seeking reliable Truss Builders to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves hands-on work, teamwork, and producing quality wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction or manufacturing or is willing to learn, can read simple measurements, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow measurements and diagrams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications.
• Operate a Hammer and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions.
• Inspect materials and finished trusses to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
