Hirebridge is seeking a driven Technical Sales professional to support the Truss Bridge product line, coordinating with engineers, government agencies, and internal teams from concept to manufacturing.

Your role includes identifying opportunities, conducting regional market research, and delivering technical training to sales and marketing teams, while ensuring project quotes and specifications meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with engineered products (preferred).
• Experience in manufactured construction product sales and manufacturing beneficial.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new project opportunities to grow market demand.
• Conduct regional market research and analyze pricing trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events; support seminars and training.
• Develop cost estimates and quotes for truss bridge systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, agencies, and internal teams within your region.
• Manage continuity from solution development to manufacturing handoff.
