Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (construction management accepted).
• 2+ years of experience with engineered products preferred.
• Experience in manufactured construction product sales and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new project opportunities to grow market demand.
• Conduct regional market research, including competitive analysis and pricing trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, support seminars and training sessions.
• Develop cost estimates and project quotes for truss bridge systems.
• Collaborate with consulting engineers, city/county/state agencies, and internal sales teams in the assigned region.
• Manage bid processes from solution development to manufacturing handoff.
