Patriot Truss & Components is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our fast-paced production team. You will be assembling roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial construction.

Responsibilities include selecting, aligning, and joining precut parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and using hand and power tools safely. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 50-80 lbs daily.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic building concepts and math calculations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50-80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Select, align, assemble, and join precut parts to build trusses and similar supports.
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions on precut parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 50-80lbs daily.
