Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and identify defects.
• Operate equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
• Work at various stations throughout production as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and use PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling trusses while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Whether you're new to the industry or have previous manufacturing, construction, or carpentry experience, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Assemble trusses according to specifications and production requirements.
• Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.

What We're Looking For

Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in carpentry, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking. Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment. No prior experience is required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequently use hands and arms to grasp, handle, and assemble materials.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when appropriate.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve:Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical equipment.Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.Exposure to dust, vibration, and industrial noise.Required use of hearing protection, eye protection, and other PPE.
