Drexel Building Supply Wrightstown, WI is seeking a Truss Assembler for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thur, 1p-11p). You will build roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners using automated machinery, read blueprints, and perform quality checks. You must lift up to 50 lbs and work with safety in mind.

• Experience reading building plans and digital schematics.
• Basic math skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery, ensuring precise positioning of pre-cut boards according to blueprint specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs & climb up and down from heights between 2.5-3 ft repeatedly throughout the day.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Follow Line Leaders' Instructions.
• Place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.
• Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints.
• Perform quality checks, verify dimensions and accuracy of robotic assembly before moving trusses to the stacker.
• Always maintain a safe and neat work area at all times.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

The Mission:
