Job summary

Drexel Building Supply, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Fabrication/Production Team Member to assemble walls, floors and stairs and to load materials for production lines. You will read drawings, cut materials to spec, and support the production process with hands-on tool work.

Strong candidates will have experience with hand and power tools, read plans, and demonstrate customer focus and team contributions. This is a full-time on-site role with ample training and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience with reading building plans.
• Reading and understanding tape measures.
• Background prioritizes customers and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble walls, floors, stairs and other components.
• Stack and load building components.
• Cut materials to measurements using hand tools, machines or saws.
• Read drawings and build to specifications.
• May operate forklift to load material for production.
• All other duties as assigned.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble Walls, Floors, Stairs, and other building components
• Stacking/loading of Wall, Floors, Stairs, and other building components
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines and/or power saws
• Read and interpret drawings and build to specifications provided
• May operate forklift to handle and load material for the production saws and production lines
• All other duties as assigned

YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Experience with reading building plans
• Reading and understanding of tape measure
• Your background involves putting customers first
