The role requires 2+ years in transportation or logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency with TMS, route optimization, and data analytics. You will manage a budget, collaborate with Sales, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in transportation or logistics roles (dispatcher/driver manager).
• Proficiency with TMS, route optimization, and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trucking operations across terminals, dispatch, routing, and fleet management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of terminal managers, dispatchers, and drivers.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for assigned drivers and enforce safety culture.
• Manage fleet utilization, maintenance scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Own operational budgets and drive margin improvements through efficiency.
