Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trucking operations, dispatch, routing, and fleet management.
• Lead and develop terminal managers, dispatchers, and drivers.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for assigned drivers.
• Drive safety-first culture and compliance with DOT/FMCSA.
• Use TMS, telematics, and analytics to improve visibility and decisions.
• Collaborate with sales to meet or exceed SLAs.
