Key responsibilities include supervising terminal managers, dispatchers, and drivers, ensuring payroll accuracy, and complying with DOT/FMCSA regulations while driving operational efficiency and budgeted margins.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in transportation/logistics roles (dispatcher, driver manager, etc.).
• Proficiency with TMS platforms, route optimization tools, and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trucking operations across terminals, dispatch, routing, and fleet management for on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of terminal managers, dispatchers, and drivers with a focus on safety and accountability.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for drivers and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Drive efficiency and margin improvement through budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics.
• Utilize TMS, telematics, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to meet or exceed SLAs.
