Priority1 is seeking a detail-oriented Truckload Administration specialist for our Little Rock, AR headquarters. You will vet and enter carriers in the TMS, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
This full‑time onsite role requires basic education and preferred customer service experience. Strong computer skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success.

We move over 1.5 million shipments a year across LTL, truckload, and expedited freight, partnering with thousands of carriers nationwide. As part of our Truckload Administration team, you'll be at the heart of what keeps freight moving. You'll vet and set up the carriers that haul our customers' loads, working fast, juggling priorities, and making sure every detail is right.
High School education at a minimum and College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi‑task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours.
