Job summary

Waterblast is seeking Truck Upfit Technicians to join our Lake Crystal, MN team. You will layout, wire, and mount custom truck bodies, and operate machines to cut, bend, saw, and punch steel into required parts for body mounting.

You will perform mechanical work, including hydraulics and PTO/pump installations, while maintaining a safe, organized work area and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals. This on-site role offers steady hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Basic math to set up and operate machines.
• Ability to read job specifications, blueprints, and measuring devices.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, PTO, frames, pumps, and electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Layout, wiring, and mounting of custom truck bodies on trucks.
• Set up and operate machines to cut, bend, saw, and punch steel parts.
• Perform mechanical work including hydraulics and PTO/pump mounting.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
