Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a customer-focused associate to support store operations and omni-channel fulfillment. You will process freight, replenish the floor, and assist customers with products and services to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience.

Training will cover Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity expectations. Ideal candidates are flexible across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required; must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures.
