Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will handle loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and other warehouse tasks at our Idaho site, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to lift 25-75 lbs, and willingness to learn. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a culture that rewards performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select and palletize items as directed.
• Audit, repack, sort and maintain clean work areas as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
