Qualifications

• 2+ years truck/trailer mechanical repair experience.
• Possess standard mechanic’s tools as required.
• Technical knowledge of major vehicle systems and diesel equipment.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Strong organizational ability with focus on customer needs.
• Can-do attitude with good judgment and decision-making.
• Safety conscious attitude and work practices.
• Desire to learn and continuously improve self and surroundings.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently diagnose and repair truck/trailer systems.
• Diesel system maintenance including fuel system cleaning.
• Deliver proactive customer service through clear communication and commitments.
• Meet and exceed productivity, cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.
• Follow established technical and administrative processes as directed.
• Adhere to technician policies and close repair orders efficiently.
• Participate in OEM and other training programs as deemed appropriate.
