Southwind, the leading 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is seeking a Field Sales & Service professional in Tempe, AZ. This role trains you from the ground up, focusing on on-site estimates, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll learn negotiation, pricing, and customer psychology while staying active with a high-energy team. Weekend availability, valid license, and physical fitness are required.

• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly.

Pay: $20–$26+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $15.50/hr base )

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we train people from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers already called us because they need help solving a problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site.

You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team.

No cold calling. No sitting behind a desk all day. No chasing leads.

Just real conversations with real customers who know they need what we offer.

What You’ll Do:
