Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, is hiring for a Field Sales & Service team member in Honolulu. We train you from the ground up to build real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment.

You’ll learn to communicate with customers, price jobs, and close sales on-site while delivering WOW-level service. Expect a energetic team, paid training, profit share, tips, and a full benefits package.

Truck Team and Sales Training 1-800-GOT-JUNK?Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $20–$25+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $16/hr base )

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we train people from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers already called us because they need help solving a problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site.

You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team.

No cold calling. No sitting behind a desk all day. No chasing leads.

Just real conversations with real customers who know they need what we offer.

What You’ll Do:

Requirements:

Schedule:

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Typical start times are 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
