Southwind and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? invite you to join a fast-paced Field Sales & Service team in Prairieville, LA. You will learn to provide on-site estimates, close sales, and deliver exceptional service while removing unwanted items from homes and businesses.

We train you from the ground up, with dynamic daily routes, strong teamwork, and a supportive environment that includes base pay, tips, and profit sharing. No junk removal experience needed—training is provided.

Pay: $20–$25/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $11/hr base)

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we train people from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers already called us because they need help solving a problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site.

You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team.

No cold calling. No sitting behind a desk all day. No chasing leads.

Just real conversations with real customers who know they need what we offer.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude

No junk removal experience needed. We train you.

Schedule:

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Typical start times are 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
