Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring for a Field Sales & Service Team member in Santa Maria, CA. Pay ranges from $28–$32+ per hour with profit share and tips, plus a $17 per hour base.

Full-time with comprehensive training, no cold calling, and real opportunities to grow in sales. You will learn to communicate with customers, price services, and close on-site sales while staying active and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales.

• Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses.

Junk Removal and Sales Training 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Pay: $28–$32+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $17/hr base)

This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers already called us because they need help solving a problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site.

You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team.

No cold calling. No sitting behind a desk all day. No chasing leads.
