Mills Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Truck Shop Manager to lead our truck shop operations. You will oversee daily workflow, coach technicians, and ensure timely, accurate repairs for a diverse fleet including trucks, RVs, and commercial vehicles.

The role emphasizes guest communication, quality workmanship, and driving shop profitability while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.

• Experience leading automotive/service operations, preferably in trucks/RV or fleet.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Guest-focused mindset with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of technician productivity, labor sales, and shop profitability.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily truck shop operations, scheduling, and repair order completion.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians to improve performance and teamwork.
• Provide timely guest updates, clear estimates, and quality repairs.
• Monitor labor sales, productivity, expenses, and shop profitability.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and to company standards.
• Coordinate parts and resources to minimize downtime.
• Build relationships with customers, RV owners, and local fleets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Drive growth by expanding commercial accounts and capacity.
