Rechtien International Trucks, Inc. in South Florida is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our service team. You will guide technicians, prioritize repairs, ensure adherence to manufacturer specs, and maintain exceptional customer service.

You will mentor staff, improve shop processes, monitor safety, and collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to keep workflows smooth and customers satisfied. The role offers ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement within a dealership

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Technician, or Supervisor in medium to heavy-duty truck service.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee and direct service technicians to complete repairs and maintenance efficiently.
• Assign work orders based on skills and shop needs.
• Monitor progress and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Ensure work aligns with manufacturer specs and dealership standards.
• Inspect completed work before vehicle release.
• Mentor and train service technicians; document repairs and processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and strong customer service.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, advisors, and parts department to optimize workflow.
• Support troubleshooting of complex diagnostic issues and performance feedback.
