Qualifications

• 3+ years of foreman/lead technician experience in medium/heavy-duty truck service.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct service technicians to complete repairs and maintenance.
• Assign work orders based on skills and shop needs.
• Monitor progress and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specs and dealership standards.
• Inspect completed work before vehicle release.
• Assist Service Manager in improving shop processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate with Service Manager, service advisors, and parts department.
• Assist with diagnosing complex issues.
