Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Truck Service Advisor for our Missoula, MT location. You’ll write work orders, process OTC transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers and fleet customers.

You will coordinate with vendors, prepare quotes, and help customers get back on the road quickly. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are required; weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Involves High School Diploma or GED as minimum requirement.
• Experience in cashier and customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform suggestive selling to support revenue growth.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write and process work orders and OTC transactions, ensuring accurate ETA and purchase orders.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery to customers.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and shift drops; manage payments and quotes.
• Provide excellent customer service to travelers and help keep them on the road.
