Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking Service Technicians to join our team in the upper Midwest. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair diesel engines and vehicle systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, dependable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify root causes of system failures.
• Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on diesel engines.
• Repair driveline and chassis components including clutches, hubs, differentials, wheels, suspension, brakes and transmissions.
• Apply OEM procedures and identify required parts and tools for complex repairs.

Service Technician Essential & Primary Job Duties:

• Work with state-of-the-art, industry leading diagnostic equipment to determine the root cause of system failures.
• Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on a variety of diesel engines.
• Perform diagnostic and repairs on driveline and chassis components including clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, suspension and brakes, transmissions, and other necessary repairs.
• Apply OEM documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs, including identifying required parts and tools.
